Everything below is service work on pedestrian openings — doors that already exist, in buildings that are already occupied. Maintenance rounds, leaves that have stopped behaving, perimeter seal and thresholds, hinges and pivots, and the door items that hold up a construction handover.
What is not here is as informative as what is. No overhead or coiling doors, no dock equipment, no vehicular gates, no new openings cut into walls. Those are separate trades with separate qualifications and we are not going to pretend otherwise to keep a job on the books.
